Surveys Going Out Shortly - What's next...

Now that the learning experience and bugs and other evil for survey preparation is done we can now get these out to you so we'll know exactly what you want and where to send it. Thanks for your patience! :)

We'll be using Backerkit surveys for this, although kickstarter has its' uses, survey are definitely not the best option with them so this third party service is good for you and us. The team at Backerkit has been very helpful and we hope going forward to use this option for surveys in the future now that the ground work has been laid out.

You will not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards. If you have any concerns with using Backerkit just send us a message on kickstarter and we'll sort things out for you- for us it is the most effective solution and for you it's the fastest option to fulfillment.

We've put together a comprehensive list of add-ons by popular request and you'll be able to obtain what you want. If you need to change your survey responses, get add-ons, or update your shipping details, you can click on the link in your survey email when it arrives or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (That link coming later.) 

 If you used Facebook to log into your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you'd prefer to use, please message me. Again, thanks for all your support. We can’t wait to send you your rewards.

Survey This Week

After trading several emails and phone calls I'm hoping that Tuesday will resolve finally the backerkit survey and it can be sent out and hopefully be in your email by weeks end.

I'd have updated formally earlier, however after every email or call I was hoping to get it resolved and it's been too long without giving an update.

I want to thank each and every one of you for backing this project. I know you will enjoy your lasers and/or dice towers even more than we enjoyed bringing them to you.

We are currently working on setting up surveys and they should be out next week.

We've already sent the order in for the lasers to start on the production line and are also getting ready to get manufacturing on the dice towers and laser cases, which can be added on if you haven't already done so.

In addition to the dice tower graphics for rebel and imperial there are a few more selection options we've added...

We'll post regular progress updates and I hope to hear from you when you receive your reward. Once again, thank you for your support!

We're going to try something new to us, so if you would like you can spread the word! 

As you probably are aware, projects are made successful based on several factors, not to mention the project being well worth backing like ours. Word of mouth is the most any kickstarter project can get usually, tight budgets to get you the best deals means that there is little advertising or promotion options.

We're hoping that this promotion will offer incentives and convert more people into backers that might not have otherwise heard about our project.  In any case even if kickboosting isn't your thing, any help sharing the project on social media is greatly appreciated.

Feel more than free to share our project on social media, we have about the talent of a sleeping dog in our ability to get the word out, any help is always appreciated!

Our funding goal is low, and we've met our initial target! We have everything in place and are just pulling the trigger on the manufacturing and we're off and running! We are hoping to reach goals around $20k or maybe $40k with some help, this will allow us to offer some other incentives and bonuses when we reach goals, more later. :)

We hope you don't mind if we keep you all informed, we're a bit chatty and want to keep on top of all the exciting progress of the kickstarter. Also we wanted to let you know that we officially added the graphic for 'Kicking It Forward' and will pledge 5% of the profits from the finished product back to the Kickstarter community. This isn't fund raising or charity, it really just means we like kickstarter and funding projects that are interesting, and having backed already 100+ kickstarters there's always lots to choose from. =D

We adjusted the shipping section to allow Australians to easily access the lower shipping cost. It's possible we can lower more shipping costs and to that end there will be some stretch goals that are going to help out in that area as we can do more bulk shipping to staging areas. ;)
